1. Scope

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use and applies to all paid subscription plans and one-time purchases made within FreeBetRange.

2. Subscriptions

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If the Service has not been accessed or used, we will issue a refund without questions.
  • If the Service has been accessed or used, we may still issue a refund within 14 days if you explain what did not meet your expectations.
  • No refunds are granted after the 14-day period.
  • Annual subscriptions: refundable only within 14 days. No partial refunds are provided after this period.

3. Library Products

  • Refunds for one-time Library purchases are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been added to your account.
  • Once a product has been added to your account (and thus content accessed), it is considered used and is non-refundable.

4. Request & Processing

  • To request a refund, contact us at support@freebetrange.com.
  • We will review your request within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary and can take up to 30 days, depending on Stripe and your bank.

5. Fees & Deductions

Refunds exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees (such as Stripe transaction fees). We refund the remaining amount after such fees.

6. Limitations

  • Refunds are limited to one refund per user.
  • Refund requests outside this Policy will not be honored.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date indicated above.
